The coaches’ meeting is a mandatory meeting.  Playing rules will be discussed at this meeting so all teams MUST have a representative in attendance.  Coaches must present a team roster and birth certificates to the Tournament Director PRIOR to their first game and preferably during the coaches’ meeting.  Failure to do so will be lead to a forfeit of your game.  The Tournament Director is listed above.
